Jess has been with Ridge Runner since 2007, and works as a technician and office manager. She grew up on a large equestrian farm in Pittston where she competed in combined training. She has been working with animals one way or another for her entire life. She now lives in Winterport with her two dogs and two orange cats. When she is not working she enjoys camping, hiking and traveling with her fiance Will, who also helps out with maintenance around the clinic. She has a son the was born in the summer of 2015.
Emily Perkins is a licensed veterinary technician from Charleston. She has been with the practice since graduating college in 2010. Her pets include three cats, one dog, two horses and a goat. When Emily is not at Ridge Runner she can be found working at her husband’s dairy farm. Her interests include baking/cooking, hiking, NFL football and horseback riding.
Jen started working at Ridge Runner in August of 2016. She recently graduated from the Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary program at the University of Maine in Orono. She hopes to one day go onto Veterinary school. She lives in Belfast with her boyfriend, and her dog Moose and Cat Eevee. While not at work, she enjoys hiking, swimming, spending time with family, and horseback riding.
Erynn has been a receptionist here at Ridge Runner since April 2017.She is currently in the Veterinary Technology program at UMA in Bangor. She lives in Enfield with her fiancé Marcus, pitbull Riley,and two cats, Levi and Baby. When she isn't working she enjoys horseback riding, going to camp, and spending time with friends and family.
Kylie has always known she has wanted to work with animals since she was young , she's always been around animals growing up in some way or another. She first started at Ridge Runner Vet during her externship from UMA Bangors Veterinary Technology program. Shortly after completing her externship she graduated with her associate of science degree in Veterinary Technology. And then became a part of the RRVS team !! She really enjoys surgery and feeling like she makes a difference in every pets lives. She also loves spending time with family , friends , traveling the U.S , riding her horse and walking her dog. When she's not doing all of that she's hanging out with her horse CC, dog Bear, and cat Suzy. She can't wait to help and care for your pets !
Erika has been a receptionist at RRVS since May 2012. She lives in Hampden with her husband Marshall and their handsome boy Wyatt. Erika has always had a love for animals and has three dogs; Harley, Tessa and Addie Mae. Erika enjoys spending time with her family and friends, camping and being outdoors.
Biscuit joined the Ridge Runner team one frosty morning in the fall of 2013 when she showed up yowling at Dr. Emerson’s front door. Her duties around the clinic include entertaining the staff chasing her laser light, knocking over water glasses, perpetually checking and shredding the clinic’s toilet paper supply, filing important documents on the floor, and monitoring client visits from the breakroom window.
